They keep a daily temp log book. Using "table turners" disinfectant product. Will check on site if they are covid rated, Sanftizer available at front entrance, They have 6 ft glass dividers between booths. Charlie advised that Steve Casey was on site early in the pandemic to discuss dining room set uip. I called Steve Casey before on site inspection and talked through the points he remembered discussing about seating and dividers. He stated he did meet with Jim a few months back, On site iinspection conducted 10/24 revealed- Good mask and social distancing signage. Rarely using downstairs seating, Staff wearing masks. Rice to be reheated to 165 before holding at 140 deg F. A couple areas where seats, in separate parties are under 3 ft. Reviewed with Charlie and Jim and will talk to, Steve Casey as well to confirm we are giving consistent guidance. Town of North Andover-Health Department
