One staff person in back area has mask down over chin. Please train staff to miaintain mask over
nose and mouth. Outside mask breaks are encouraged.
Current State guidance, requires daily health screening for food service staff. They must be asked
whether they have couigh, shortness of breath, if they've cared for a covid positive person.
