Pre-inspection interview completed 10/13/20 with Nipatair included the following discussion-
Lots of Eats is only open for take out and deiivery. Custorners calf in andl pick up at the front of the
restaurant at a table. Using a Lysol disinfectant. Alcohol based sanitizer gel available at the front
counter. Sent follow up email explaining the difference between saniitizer and disinfectant, for
further clarification. Also emailed health screening log and cleaning log.
On site inspection completed on, 10/16 at 10:30 am.
PIC states filters in hood cleaned every two weeks.
We discussed code requirements for indoor dining. You are free to open for indoor dining
whenever you want. Tables must be 6, ft apart OR have 6 ft nonpermeable dividers.
For follow up please-
- Conduct a daily health screening on each shift. You may use the screening log attached to the
email, or create your own, or just communicate the screening questions verbally.
- Keep a daily disinfection log for hiigih touch surfaces- see email.
- Labell items stored in walk in units.
- Work to attain 6 ft social distancing in kitchen, wherever possible. You may want to put zones
taped on the floor, or add signs, or move equipment to give each cook proper space.
