See the report notes for specific details. This routine food safety inspection was conducted following our current covid inspection policy. This inspection includes a pre-inspection phone interview with the on-site person in charge followed by an in person on-site inspection. Pre inspection phone interview with Mike Xenakis 1/28/21 discussion included- Takis is open for take out and delivery only. Mask signage at entrance. All staff wear masks. Plexiglass at counter.They sanitize between credit cards. They have employee temps taken daily. Lysol disinfectant is used at front of the store. On site inspection completed 2/5/21 at 9:00 AM revealed- On site covid policies appear consistent with current State covid guidance. Generally discussed plans to expand Takis into the old J&M. J&M convenience area is now closed. Plans under review with Health Dept. Wall area between Taki and Midtown recently removed. For follow up please repair ceiling tile, clean near three bay sink, clean hood, and post permits. Submit copy of the new hood cleaning sticker via email within 30 days.
