This routine food safety inspection was conducted according to our current covid inspection policy.
This inspection includes a pre-inspection phone interview with the Person in Charge followed by an
on site inspection.
Pre-inspection interview was completed with Mike X on Jan 28, 2021. Discussion included-
Hand sanitizer available at front carriages, baskets are disinfected, aisles have one way signage,
no exposed food self service areas. ROP meats prepared in new walk in room and sold at the
market. All prepared food is made in Takis and packaged and dated, put out for sale cold in cases.
On site inspection conducted 2/5/2021 at 9 AM revealed-
Covid policies including masks, signage, social distancing, appear consistent with current State
covid guidance.
