Phone Interview discussion with owner included-
Niki's is open for drive through, take out and limited indoor seating. Menu has not changed. All staff
wear masks. New front counter. Staff are spaced 6 ft apart in kitchen. Hand sanitizer is available at
the register.
On site inspection revealed current on site covid policies are consistent with current guidance.
For follow up-
Please keep eggs on low shelf below any ready to eat food
Permits and certificates - post visible to public
Dining area - please post clear signage at tables and bar indicating which areas are open for
seating in order to maintain 6 ft social distancing between parties.
