This routine inspection included a pre-inspection phone interview on 1/28/21 with Donna Whelden,
Executive Chef, followed by on site inspection on 1/30/21 at 10:30 am.

` Repeat Violations Highlighted in Yellow
Country Club is open for take out and indoor dining. They have added a weekly family style meal
for take out. All staff wear masks. Guests are reminded by staff to keep masks on when not eating.
There is currently no seating at the bar. Using EcoLab disinfectant as well as an electrostatic
disinfectant for upholstery. Currently no sous vide or ROP operations.
On site inspection revealed all refrigeration equipment is operating at temperature, no evidence of
pests, and staff all wearing masks.
