See the report notes for specific details. MEN 11 Ili, This routine food safety inspection was conducted remotely due to our current covid inspection policy. This inspection includes a phone call with the on-site person in charge followed by an online survey completed by the Person in Charge. Online survey was completed by Darrell Swift on January 14, 2021. The information provided by the Person in Charge is summarized in this report. Responses provided appear consistent with current State covid guidance as well as food safety regulations.
