The following narrative is provided to further explain the reasons for DENIAL for the APPLICATION for the property indicated.

The conversion of an existing dwelling to accommodate
not more than five residential units, by special permit from
the Zoning Board of Appeals in accordance with § 195-
10.7 of this bylaw and Subsection N(4) of this section. The
conversion of a single-family dwelling to a two-family
dwelling must comply with the provisions of § 195-10.7 of
this bylaw and Subsection N (2) and N(4) of this section.

width of entrance and exit drives shall be 12 feet for one-
way use and 18 feet for two-way use, and the maximum
width 20 feet
