North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
remotely, via conference call, on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 7:30 pm to all parties interested in the
petition of The Winslow Drive Realty Group, LLC, Brian J. Boyle, Manager for property at 303
Chestnut Street a/k/a Lot 1 Hillside Road (Map 098C, Parcel 0008), North Andover, MA, 01845in
the R-3 Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-
7.1(A) in the R-3 Zoning District for the purpose of reconstructing
a single family home on a vacant lot; specifically, Applicant has requested CBA needing a relief variance
of 5,718 sf (i.e. 23%) (the CBA proposed is 13,032 sf (i.e. 52%) and the CBA required is 18,750 sf (i.e.
75%)).
Application and supporting materials are available for review, by appointment only, at the office of the
Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and
Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday
from the hours of 8:00 am-11:30 am.
