Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing remotely, via conference call, on Tuesday, February 09, 2021 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition of Meghan Larkin for property at 55-57 Furber Avenue (Map 0081, Parcel 0054), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195- 4.3(A), Residence 4 District, in addition to the variance previously granted allowing two (2) buildings on one lot; the Applicant requests to modify the existing ZBA decision to allow the single family home at 57 Furber Ave. to remain on the property. In doing so, the applicant will convert the three family home at 55 Furber Ave. to a two family dwelling. Application and supporting materials are available for review by appointment only at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday from the hours of 8:00 am-11:30 am.
