In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will bold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Part 5,
Watershed Protection District and Section 10.7 of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw, The Applicant proposes the construction
of an 817 sf. expansion of the clubhouse and 164 sf. expansion of a
patio with associated landscaping in the Non-Discharge Zone and
Non-Disturbance Zone.The project is located within the
Residential 1 (R-1)Zoning District.
