During construction, a construction site plan, that meets 527 CMR Ch 16, as well as the applicable edition of NFPA 241, will be implemented 4. In accordance with applicable codes and regulations, install a fire alarm system. It is our preference that said system be connected to North Andover FD Dispatch via our radio box system. 5. The project includes work within the MassDOT right of way and will require a permit from the MassDOT. 2. As the plans indicate the MassDOT is currently out to bid for the construction project for the reconstruction of the intersection of Chickering Road and Mass Ave. The MassDOT project does extend beyond the entrance of the Applicants site therefore, all work shall be coordinated with the MassDOT. 3. Since Chickering Road is MassDOT jurisdiction any roadway details shall be revised to meet the MassDOT construction standards. 4. The MassDEP Stormwater Checklist is not stamped/signed by PE.
