Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing remotely, via conference call, on Tuesday, March 09, 2021 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition of Amy and Quinn Almerico-LeClair for property at 25 Dudley Street (Map 019, Parcel 0053), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. Applicants are requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.3(V) for the purpose of using a pre-existing converted carriage house on the property as a Family Suite. Applicants are requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195- 2.2; specifically, Applicants are requesting a relief variance of 700 sf gross floor area (i.e. 35%) (existing GFA of principal dwelling unit is 2,000 sf, Family Suite GFA proposed is 1,200 sf, (i.e. 60%) maximum GFA allowed is 500 sf (i.e. 25% of principal dwelling unit)). Applicants are requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195- 2.2; specifically, Applicants are requesting a Variance allowing for a detached Family Suite (Family Suite required to be within or attached to principal dwelling unit). Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department by appointment only located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday from the hours of 8:00 am-11:30 am.
