North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
remotely, via conference call, on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the
petition of Mark Yanowitz/LYF Architects for property at 1268 Osgood Street (Map 34, Parcel 49),
North Andover, MA 01845 in the B-2 Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-
7.4(B) and Section 195-7.4(F) Building Height in the B-2 Zoning District for the purpose of allowing a
pre-existing commercial building to remain unchanged as to building height; specifically, Applicant has
requested a relief variance of 1.9 feet (the existing building height is 36.9 feet and the building height
required is 35 feet).
Application and supporting materials are available for review by appointment only at the office of the
Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and
Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday
from the hours of 8:00 am-11:30 am.
