Comments: 5/18/21 – Contractor reports ledge on edge of overdig and on side of
tank hole, was discussed with health inspector previously
SEPTIC TANK
Building sewer in continuous grade, on
compacted firm base
Cleanouts per plan
Bottom of tank hole has 6” stone base
Tank size and loading per plan

Comments: 5/18/21 – Effluent filter at first compartment, riser with cover to
grade. Tank empty but visually appears to be a smooth concrete pour.
Contractor to put firm stable base beneath building sewer.

5/18/21 – Installer reports SAS was dropped slightly in order to make pitch from
distribution box. He reports he coordinated this with designer who reports this is
acceptable due to lack of water table offset at this location.
