The proposed work includes demolition of and existing deck and stairs arc rebuilding in the same footprint,with the stair direction changed to land oil the existing patio behind the house. The existing footings will not be touched,no ground disturbance or excavation is proposed. The work is 95 feet from bordering vegetated wetland as measured by Conservation Department staff on site. During the May 26,2021 Public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under Category"B""in kind replacement of lawfully existing decks,regardless of size"subject to compliance with the conditions fisted below,The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. I A pre-construction/pre-approval meeting was held on site between the applicant and a representative of the Conservation Commission. Date of Meeting: El The delineated resource area boundaries have been confirmed by the Conservation Department as accurate. However,the North Andover Conservation Commission or its designated agent shall have the filial authority to determine whether the submitted plans/drawings are adequate and include all Pertinent information for review. All plans must be signed and dated by the person who prepared them. El Locations of any drainage structures, F1 Locations of any easements,including but not limited to,drainage and utility easements, El Locations of any open space boundaries if(e.g.if the lot is affected by the 50'open space boundary as required in a Plarmed Residential Development(PRD)). El Location and nature of all proposed alteration-, to the Buffer Zone Resource Area.
