Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC#274
Pursuant to section 4.4.2(A) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Mark Collier of Collier Home
Improvements,on behalf of the homeowners Adam&Lauren Darissc,filed for a small project for work proposed
at 115 Cricket Lane,North Andover. The proposed work includes demolition of and existing deck and stairs arc
rebuilding in the same footprint,with the stair direction changed to land oil the existing patio behind the house.
The existing footings will not be touched,no ground disturbance or excavation is proposed. The work is 95 feet
from bordering vegetated wetland as measured by Conservation Department staff on site.
During the May 26,2021 Public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission found this project to
qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under Category"B""in
kind replacement of lawfully existing decks,regardless of size"subject to compliance with the conditions fisted
below,The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals
should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. All work shall conform to the following:

A pre-construction/pre-approval meeting was held on site between the applicant and a representative of the
Conservation Commission. Date of Meeting:
El The delineated resource area boundaries have been confirmed by the Conservation Department as accurate.

Certified and/or Professionally prepared plans are not required. However,the North Andover Conservation
Commission or its designated agent shall have the filial authority to determine whether the submitted
plans/drawings are adequate and include all Pertinent information for review.
At a niffifinum,all plans submitted shall clearly and accurately show the present conditions and kroposed work
and depict the location of all wetland resource areas within 100'of the proposed work. All plans must be signed
and dated by the person who prepared them.
The Commission may also require the following information on the proposed plans ill addition to the
aforementioned criteria where applicable:
El Location of any subsurface sewage disposal systems.
El Locations of any drainage structures,
F1 Locations of any easements,including but not limited to,drainage and utility easements,
El Locations of any open space boundaries if(e.g.if the lot is affected by the 50'open space boundary as required
in a Plarmed Residential Development(PRD)).
El Location and nature of all proposed alteration-, to the Buffer Zone Resource Area.

Department has prepared a written list of conditions necessary to protect any adjacent wetlands for approval by
the Conservation Commission.
This condition list shall be filed with the North Andover Conservation Department as NACC#
F] INCOMPLETE APPLICATION-The following sections of the Wetland Protection Bylaw&/or Regulations
have not been complied with and as a result this Department is rejecting this incomplete apg1kgjffl w/ill two
(2)business days from the date of receipt (Section 178.4 North Andover Wetland Protection Bylaw), You may
pick up this application and supporting plans at the Conservation Office and re-file with the required
SUPPorthigdocunients and information.
