See the report notes for specific details. Re- inspection completed at request of Health Inspector Steve Casey. Two areas were targeted for re-inspection: 1) Floor under the fry-o-lator cook line, and 2) floor behind the Pepsi refrigerator. Floor areas in these two locations appears clean to sight today. Owner advises they have been scraped and cleaned. The fryer was removed recently to provide access to back wall. Two nearby areas that need additional cleaning include- - The side of the equipment that was next to the fryer has some grease build up where the two units were touching. - The brick wall behind the fryer has build up.
