The proposed work includes removal are 6 unhealthy/failing pine trees along the edge of the driveway. Half of the trees have already lost the top 10'- 15'of the tree which snapped during wind stories. A very conservative measurement from the limit of work to the wetland is 64 feet at the closest point. The wetland is somewhat up-slope of the work. The applicants plan to replant%vith a mixture of Arborvitae(for screening) and Dogwood`frees During the June 9,2021 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Corrmn ssion found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under Category"G" subject to compliance with the conditions listed below.The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. Prior to work commencing on tree reanoval,Erosion controls should be installed at the downslope side of work to protect from any materials nugrating to the street drainage. 2.
