Jane 29,2021 Mr. Nilesh Amin 20 Anvil Circle North.Andover,MA 0184:5 20 Anvil Circle, North Andover Replacement of Existing Retaining Walls Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #278 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (F) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Mr. Nilesh Amin,applicant/homeowner, filed for a snral.l project for work proposed at 20 Anvil Circle in North Andover. The proposed work includes reconstruction of two existing retaitvng walls by hand. One of the walls is approximately 20-feet long and is located approximately 84-feet from the Bordering Vegetated Weiland (BVW) at its closest point,the other wall is approximately 12-feet long and is located approximately 67-feet from the BV`4U at its closest point as confirmed by Conservation Departrrrent Staff. During the June 23, 2021 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve this project as a Small Project under Category"L"."I'he project is approved only-as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeosvner. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection to verify compliance and for approval of the removal of erosion controls, 6. Effective 03/12/2014 1 Niksh4min 20Amvi| Circle North Andover K8AU1O45 ]une16m2O21 RE: Scope of work for replacing existing retaining walls To: North Andover Conservation Commission As per site meeting with Amy Maxner Conservation Administrator and Taylor Andrews conservation field inspector on June 11t*2O21 we would like to request to permit usto replace existing retaining walls as marked on as built plans.As explained during on site meeting idea is to replace existing retaining walls which are falling apart already due to age of it which I would say almost 20 years now. All work will be handled by professional contactor. Everything will be handled by hands and no machinery will be allowed to enter in property.All existing retaining wall stone/rocks will be lifted by GC crew by hand and will be hauled out to their truck via wheelbarrow.All necessary steps will be taken by contractor so there will not be any impact to wetland or buffer zone areas. New proposed retaining wall will be strong block wall.
