6 E. Goldberg,Chairman: The Planning Board site visit for Tuesday, May 25, 2021 was called to order at 6:05 p.m.

8 Meeting location: Meet at Club House/Leasing Office I Royal Crest'Drive.

10 Planning Boaml Site Visit—Balloon Test(No Deliberation). Discussion on this matter will occur at the June 1,
11 2021 Planning Board meeting.

13 Royal Crest Estates—Ti°inity Finamial: Proposed Master Redevelopment Plan for the property.

15 Proponent team led by Mike Lozano provided an overview of balloon locations,heights, building locations, and
16 described existing landscaping/trees to remain,to be removed, and existing buffer areas to be expanded. Can
17 provide a landscape plan that depicts existing conditions vs. proposed conditions.
