NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing Application for a Site Plan Review Special Permit under Part 3 and
Section 195-10.7 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The
Applicant proposes to convert the existing building into a four(4)
unit multifamily structure with parking for 8 cars at the rear and
north sides of the property. This project is located within the
Residence 4(R-4)Zoning District.
