Dear Ms. Enright:
We have designed a Site Plan for the above referenced property. The applicant is proposing to convert
a two-unit residential apartment dwelling into four residential apartments, The conversion will require
an additional 5 parking spaces to be provided on the lot which requires Site Plan Review. Based on the
size of the tot and the minor increase in impervious area, we request the following waivers from the
