Where the design of a parking lot, loading area or aisle width differs from the provisions of § 195-8.5 or other parking provisions in this Zoning Bylaw, provided such design is prepared by a certified professional engineer or architect in the case of a parking garage or other structure, or by a certified professional engineer, architect or landscape architect in the case of a parking lot.
