On behalf of the Applicant, Pico Trust, we are requesting an amendment of
dimensional variances granted by the Board as referenced above, and seeking to
eliminate a condition that was imposed to limit certain otherwise permissible uses of the
Property that was included in Decision granted in 2003. Enclosed herewith please find
an original and eleven (11) copies of our submission together with a check made payable
to "Town of North Andover" in.the amount of$250.00. The Applicant would hope to be
placed on the agenda for the May 11, 2021 Zoning Board Meeting.
