Dear Ms. Enright,
In accordance with condition 41 of the Notice of Decision for the Site Plan Review dated, September 20,
2016 please find enclosed two (2) paper copies and one(1)digital file of the record conditions plan for
the above referenced site.
To the best of my knowledge information and belief the project has been completed in substantial
conformance with the decision and design plans with the following exceptions.
Two(2)concrete blocks shall be removed from the pedestrian access way near the ball field(as noted on
the attached plans), to achieve the twelve(12') wide minimum opening required for emergency vehicles.
NE71 TS has been notified and is expected to comply within a few days.
The access way to the loading clock has been relocated as depicted on the attached plans, as an approved
field change with the Planning Department.
