Building sewer in continuous grade, on
compacted firm base
Cleanouts per plan
Bottom of tank hole has 6” stone base
Weep hole plugged
1500 gallon tank has been installed
H-10 loading
Monolithic tank construction
Water tightness of tank has been achieved by
visual testing
Inlet tee installed, centered under access port
Outlet tee installed, centered under access port
(gas baffle)
24” inch cover to within 6” of finish grade
installed over one access port
Neoprene boots on inlet & outlet
Comments: Tank & Pump Chamber already in hole before stone inspected. 6”
Visible when stone dug up between septic tank and pump chamber.
9/24/20 – Building sewer runs under driveway and backfilled prior to inspection.

9/24/20 – Liberty Pump LE 41 installed instead of Hydromatic SP40 per design.

Alarm signal located inside: side of barn
Comments: 9/24/20 – Control panel on side of barn nearest tanks

Comments: Sand good, some in hole load in truck ok. Remove rock in middle of
field. Drywell found in corner of bed, closest to house/barn – will level out before
sand poured. @ Tank Hole Inspection – will make sure rocks removed & sand is
good, plus will check elevations before sand poured into hole. – Stephen Casey
