These plans incorporate revisions to address the comments in your letter dated July 8, 2019 as follows. 1. Additional contour labels have been added to the plans and the existing grade in the profile view has been adjusted. 2. A note specifying annual maintenance of the effluent filter has been added to the plan. 3. Buoyancy calculations are on sheet 2 of the plan. 4. The effluent filter model number has been corrected and the approval letter is attached. 5. A pipe in stone sketch plan has been included. 6. A signed statement from the owner is attached.
