Explanation of Failed Devices: Panel batteries fail due to age installed in 2012. Panel falls due to illegal penetration of wiring with no grommet or connector. 120v power wire not secured needs to be secured all the way to the power panel with staples per national electric code. Smoke detector broken in the realtor office and failed to function. Pull station and horn strobe in realtor office fail due to both devices painted which is illegal per NFPA along with pull staton failed to operate. Panel in trouble on arrival and departure zone 4 this needs to be trouble shot in order to clear the panel. Smoke detector needs to be added above FACP Per NFPA 1. The inspector suggests that following necessary improvements. However, these suggestions are not the result of an engineering survey. These are recommendations based on current code.
