TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for Special permit—Site Plan Review tinder sections
8.3 and 10.3 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. Applicant
proposes to construct approximately 3.6 megawatt(approx. 11,000
solar modules)ground-mounted solar photovoltaic array. The area
of the proposed array is approximately 350,000 square feet. The
project is within the fridustrial 2 Zoning District(12)and in the
Osgood Stuart Growth Overlay District.
