Hancock performed these services as an independent construction monitor hired by Osgood Solar, LLC for the benefit of the "Town of North Andover- in conformance with the requirements of the Planning Board Decision dated July 5, 2016.. Scope of Inspection Hancock Associates performed the following: -1. observed completed installation of erosion controls; -2. compared installed items with approved plans and specifications (no deviations to report this period); -3. prepared field reports for each inspection noting progress, extent of work, and any evidence of siltation/erosion; -4. discussed schedule with construction representative; -5. prepared this summary letter of inspections for this period and provided copy of same to the North Andover Planning Department. Inspections were performed by a Massachusetts Professional Civil Engineer.
