The grounds of 120 Water Street are well manicured except for this area. There is a fence defining the boundary between our houses and the property. But beyond that fence, there is a "jungle". This space has Poison Ivy and Poison Oak bushes that are growing profusely and entering into our property. There are also many overgrown trees that overhang onto our property. We are all elderly citizens and have lived in North Andover most of our lives. We are unable to cut down the trees, or touch the Poison Ivy and Oak that have invaded our property. We would like for the property owners of 120 Water St to take care of this "jungle" which runs along the fence of our houses and extends roughly 5 feet into there property. If you could bring this up at the next Planning Board meeting, we would be grateful. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. Sincerely, Mr. and Mrs. David Petrow Mr. William Petrow 148 Water Street 150 Water Street 978-686-7814 978-683-8287 Ms. Barbara Eldredge 140-142 Water St 978-682-8278 Page 1 of 1 McEvoy, Jeannine From: Cheney, Skip Sent: , Wednesday, February 06, 2008 3:58 PM To: Willett, Tim,Willis, Gene; Bellavance, Curt; Brown, Gerald; Leathe, Brian; McEvoy, Jeannine; Dlozzi, Jim; Daley, Lincoln; Morrison, Diane; Murphy, Peter;Yarld, Jennifer; Tierney, Gall Subject: The Old North Andover Mills North Andover Mills, Partners "NAM" are now 3 parcies on the western side of High Street: MAP: 53 PARCEL: 25 These are the new active parcel Vs MAP: 54 PARCEL: 1 MAP: 54 PARCEL: 2 RCG the new owners of the Eastern side of High Street are MAP: 88 PARCEL: 10 MAP: fig PARCEL: 1 CALL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS Samuel G. I nominate David Giangrande of Design Consultants, Inc, in Somerville, MA for the role of Environmental Monitor and Construction Monitor to satisfy the requirements of the Planned Development District Special Permits and Site Plan Review Special Permits for Phases I and IIA. David currently serves as a consulting engineer to the Town of North Reading, so is familiar with the concerns and requirements of public agencies. Further David's firm designed the site engineering for this project, making him the most knowledgeable and efficient option for reporting on the work and its compliance with the recorded decisions. Upon confirmation, David will provide all necessary contact information to the Town. I nominate Julie Vondrak of Epsilon Associates to be the Erosion Control Monitor as required by the Conservation Commission's Order of Conditions issued on 6112/08. Julie previously worked for the Town North Andover and participated in the design and permitting processes for this project. Julie is a qualified professional wetlands scientist and is already familiar with both the Conservation Commission and the Order of Conditions for this project. Upon confirmation, Julie will provide all necessary contact information to the Town. Please let me know if these nominations are satisfactory and I will arrange for the necessary pre- construction meetings with the concerned parties. We expect to begin construction on the site work associated with the above-reference decisions in mid-August and look forward to working with the Town 1 to ensure that all activities on site are well coordinated, comply with the recorded decisions, and involve as little disruption as possible to our tenants and neighbors. Sincerely, David inbergh, Mana r RCG North Andover Mills LLC 2
