M9SSACH 611 TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS Brooks School DECISION 1160 Great Pond Road North Andover, Ma 01845 Petition #009-93 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 9 , 1993 upon the application of Frank Marino of the Brooks School requesting a variation of Section 7 , Paragraph 7 .4 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of twenty (20) feet, from the bylaw height requirements, for the height of two buildings, a new library to be constructed and a second building called the Link, on the premises located at 1160 Great Pond Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Raymond vivenzio, Louis Rissin and John, Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on February 17 and 24 , 1993 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr.Rissin and second by Mr. Pallone, the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw. Dated this 12th day of March 1993 .
