requiring a permit, it falls within the General Zone.
i. NORTH ARROW/LOCATION MAP: A locus map has not been provided.
ii. SURVEY OF LOT/PARCEL: The applicant is requesting a waiver from
performing a boundary survey as the parcel is so large.

Mary,
Both these houses have been completed and the Building Department has issued
certificates of occupancy. | am applying to release the performance bond posted in
accordance with the Notice of Decision issued on 23 March 2004. The as-built plan
and written certification from the civil engineer should be in the Planning Department's
possession, completing the requirements to release the bond.
_ Please verify the requirements to release the bond have been met and when the

What they are looking for is an as-built site plan, which has not been
performed yet. It's in the scope of our contract.
We did the foundation as-built last year as soon as they finished the
foundation -it was required as an interim step to allow construction to
proceed. It proved that the buildings would not be any closer to the
lake shore than was approved. That's been accepted by the town.
I'm sure the site work must be 100%. If so, we can proceed with the
site as-built as soon as enough snow melts to locate stuff on the
ground. Are the houses occupied? You don't have to wait for the
as-built to occupy the houses, but it is required for release of the
bond,monvy, Ink:32,000)..

John,
The Town is not accepting your as-built foundation plan and letter as
documentation to release the performance bond. They require the
following which is contrary to the specifics of the Notice of Decision.
please speak with the Planning department and sort this out.
Thanks
John

Hi John,
An"as built" is a copy of the actual plan that your recorded at the
Registry of Deeds. It contains the Engineers drawings, dimensions shown
on plan, and the plan was signed by the Planning Board.
