The work involves rehabilitating the lawn areas by bringing in better loam to seed to establish. a more lush lawn, and construction of a 136 s.f. wall tivay (404) from the end of the driveway to the rear deck. The walkway is outside the 50' NBl and the lawn rehab is all within the previously approved footprint of lot development. During the October 13, 2021 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under. Category "L" subject to compliance with the conditions listed below. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Coirunission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/honxeowner. **The applicant, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the property is allowed under this pernvt. The NACC has jurisdiction over all of the wetlands and associated 100-boot buffer zones and 200 Riverfront.Area to the Shawsheen River on site and any work that involves ground disturbance or changing the current conditions in these areas will require permitting with the NACC. This includes,but are not limited to, house additions,pools,patios, decks, sheds, fences,garden beds,landscaping and bridge,installation, tree or vegetation cutting/pruning. These activities shall be held to the current standards under the Bylaw atld WPA. All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMEN`I'S: Small Project Filing Including: Application Checklist& Narrative: received 09-20-21 Plan excerpt showing extent of lawn rehab; Plan excerpt with proposed Stone Walkway. A post-construction meeting will be held with the Conscivation Departinent to verify, cornpliance and approve removal of erosion controls 3. 4. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
