HomeMy WebLinkAbout- Permits #NACC #288 - 160 BRIDLE PATH 10/13/2021 R' CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT Community & 1".conornic Development Division Patrick &Christina .Morgan 160 Bridle Path North Andover,TdA 01845 October 19, 2021. 160 Bridle Path, North Andover In-Find Deck Replacement Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #288 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (A) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection.Regulations, Patrick Morgan, filed for a small project for work proposed at 160 Bridle Path, North Andover. The work involves the in-kind replacement of a 32 x 12 deck with 45-degree corners. If the crew determines that the deck is accessible to the helical machine,it:will be supported by helical piles,if not accessible,it will be supported by 12" sonotubes at a minimum depth of 48-inches. Proposed work is located approximately 70-feet from. the Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) and is located on the, opposite side of the house from the resource area. During the October 13, 2021 public meeting, the North Andover. Conservation Commission (NACC) found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under Category `B" subject to compliance with the conditions lasted below. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner:. **The applicant, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the property is allowed under this permit. The NACC has jurisdiction over all of the wetlands and associated 100-Foot buffer zones and 200 Riverfront Area to the Shawsheen River on site and any work that involves ground disturbance or changing the current conditions in these areas will require permitting with the NACC.;. This includes, but are not limited to,house additions,pools,patios, decks, sheds, fences,garden beds,landscaping and bridge installation, tree or vegetation cutting/pruning. These activities shall be held to the current standards under the Bylaw and WPA. but not limited to All work shall conform to the following plans and conditions: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing;Including: Application Checklist, Written Project Proposal prepared by Professional Building Services, As-Built Plan prepared by Scott F. Giles & Frank S. Giles Surveying w/ deck scaled on, dated January 23, 2002 The following conditions are hereby mandated: 160 �136( e llafi1: ...... I)age I of CONDITIONS: 1. Prior to work commencing, a pre-construction meeting with the Conservation Department shall be scheduled. 2. All/any excavated soils shall be taken off site or moved to an area outside of the 1 00-foot Buffcr Zone. 3. A site visit with Consemation Deparanent shall be scheduled once the project is complete to verify compliance. 4. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
