NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with MGL Chapter 39, Section 23B, that a regular meeting of the members
of the Board of Commissioners of the North Andover Housing Authority will be held remotely on Thursday,
May 27, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. This is due to social distancing guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
All participants and the public are invited to listen to the meeting via phone. To do so, call the toll-free conference
line at 1-866-899-4679 at 4 pm on May 27th and enter access code 330-121-925. The Board Chair and Executive
Director will instruct participants on the appropriate time and manner for public comment during the meeting.

and NAHA Financials for March & April 2021 (Board Vote)
b. DHCD Contract for Financial Assistance – Amendment No. 9 to accept revised funding in the amount
of $561,205 for FY2022, 2023, and 2024 and extend contract through 6/30/2024 (Board Vote)
c. Project 196055: O’Connor Heights Boiler and DHW Heater Replacement – Low bidder approval and
contract award to Performance Plumbing and Heating in the amount of $122,248 (Board Vote)
d. DHCD Annual Plan Discussion
e. Report of the Executive Director
f. COVID-19 Update
5. Other Business – For topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair 48 Hours in advance of the
