TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing; Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections
4.136.3.cii(1)(2)(3)(4)(5)and 10.3 of the Zoning Bylaw. The
applicant is seeking to demolish existing single family dwelling
and construction of a new single family dwelling with
improvements to existing driveway and connection.to existing
utility services within the Residential 1 zoning district. Portions of
the work are within the Non-Disturbance Buffer Zone of Lake
Cochichewick.
