Sign Variance Application Supplement

Answers to questions from May meeting:
-How tall is sign? Total of 6 feet for the posts, as well as top of the sign.
-How far off the ground will the sign start? The bottom of the sign will start 3 ft from the
ground. The current image has a white void below the Superior Rate Mortgage segment. This white
void will be air. This visual of the void is to demonstrate how the sign might look if another tenant
applied for, and was given a variance. If the 1 ft by 6.25 ft void was filled after being granted a
variance, the total combined size of the sign would be 25 square feet.
-What are the posts made of? Granite posts
-How deep into the ground will the posts be? 4 ft into the ground
-How will the posts be secured? Posts would be secured with concrete
-Thickness of the sign? 19 millimeters, which is roughly .75 inches
-How wide is the sign? Sign is 75 inches wide. With two (2) 8 inch posts the total width will be
91 inches.
-How big/wide are the posts? 8 inches by 8 inches
-Is there lighting? No.
-What are all the materials of the sign? Outdoor rated PVC, laminated for protection.
