Enclosed is a Plan showing a proposed subdivision of GLSD property for the purposes of granting this parcel to the Town of North Andover. We would like to use this conceptual plan to formalize discussions with your Board. If your Board is in favor of the proposal our Engineers will then prepare a formal subdivision submittal for the Planning Board. Once again, the Town will agree to install an appropriate fence along this new lot line to prohibit access to the remaining GLSD property. Please contact my office after reviewing this plan.
