The FD's only requirement, due to its proximity to a residential neighborhood, is that the hydrants in the vicinity remain
operational and accessible during and after the project is complete.

Erosion controls look good (silt sacks, street sweeping plan etc..). We strongly recommend more L.I.D., as the Town
should be setting an example for other developers. Also, if there are any additional plantings proposed (besides grass),
please let us know ahead of time.
