The Board of Appeals held their regular meeting on Monde~ evening, Feb. 14,
1966 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Bu~g. The following members were present and
voting: Daniel T. Of Leary, Chairman; W*ll~m Morton, Secretary; Arthur D~.
John J. Shields and J~m~s Deyo.
1. HEARING: Patrick & Mary Driscoll
WillJ-m ~orton read the legal notice in the appeal of Patrick & Mary Driscoll
who requested a variation of Sec. 6.31 of the Zoning By-Law so as to permit the
division of three lots into two lots, each to have a frontage of 81 feet and an area
of 8100 sq. feet, on the premises, located at the south side of Lincoln Street; at
the corner of Oxford Street.
Atty. John J. W~llis represented the petitioner. The petitioner desires to m~e two
lots out of three lots in order to more nearly conform to the Zoning req,,~ements.
Each lot would have a frontage of 81 feet and an area of 8100 sq. feet. There wes
no opposition to the petition.
In Executive Session, after thorough discussion, Mr. Shields made a motion to GRANT
the variance. Mr. Deyo seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The Board
gave the usual reasons for granting.
The meeting adjourned at 8~00 P.M.
