Mr. Morton made a motion to GRAFt the variance. ~r. Drummond seconded the motion.
Mr. Deyo abstained from voting. The other four members voted in favor of granting
the variance.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.

Regular Meeting
The Board of Appeals held their regular meeting on Monday evening, April 11, 1966
at 7:30 P.~ in the To~n Building. The following members were present and voting:
Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; W~lliam Morton, Secretary; Ja~es Deyo and Arthur Dx~ond.
A letter will he sent to Building Inspector Charles Foster for b4m to submit a report
to the Board of Appeals regarding the Merrimack Materials earth removal pit on Boxford
Street. They have applied for a renewal of their Bond and the Bu~2~g Inspector must
send a report as to whether or not they have been complying with the conditions set
down by the Board on the decision.
The Board signed a bill for Anna Donahue, services - $40.85.
