- Site held up well this week to period of heavy rain; no signs of site erosion or silt transport
- Foundation for Lot IA has been poured; contractor is installing footing drain and crushed stone in
basement areas (See Photo 1 +2)
- Crushed stone temporarily stockpile outside of foundation area is being placed along footing drain and
future basement area(See Photo 3)
- Construction entrance to Lot IA in good condition and being utilized by construction vehicles (See
Photo#4)
- New water service has been stubbed from the water main to the lot; curbstop installed(See Photo #5)
- Erosion barrier in good condition throughout site; portion of barrier shown in Photo#6
- Foundation will be backfilled early next week
- Lot 1B being used for temporary stockpile; late next week foundation for Lot 113 will be excavated
