1) Infiltration Field and Roof Drains
- Roof leaders shall be equipped with leaf guards,and shall be cleaned at least twice a year of leaves/debris
- Roof leader shall have,in overflow device at the ground level with splash pad
- 'rhe infiltration field shall have cleanouts to finish grade
- The infiltration field shall be inspected at least 2 times per year for signs of clogging,debris carryover,hydraulic failure,
structural stability,and water exiting the chambers within 72 hours of a large storm event. If the infiltration field exhibits
an signs of failure it shall be repaired or replaced.
- Roof leaders shall be inspected at least twice per year for structural intactness
2) Porous Pavement(Driveways for Lots IA, I B,and 2A)
- No sand or salt shall be applied to the porous pavement areas during the winter months
- Pavement shall be inspected as required to insure structural integrity and functionality
- If the porous pavement becomes clogged with sill,sand,or other inaterials the pavement shall be vaccuin cleaned
- The owner of the site shall educate the snow removal contractor that sand/salt shall not be used on the driveway
- The driveway shall undergo vacuuming as required to prevent clogging
- Sealcoating the driveway is strictly prohibited
3) Site Vegetation
- Site vegetation shall be inspected twice per year to insure healthy landscaped features to help prevent potential site
erosion or silt migration
- Any dead or dying landscaped features shall be restored or replaced.
Note: Site Plans are attached at the end of this document detailing BMP locations.
