Salem Five is one of two tenants located in a 13,000+square foot building located at 530 Turnpike Street(the"Property") as shown on the attached existing conditions plan. The owner of the Property is John F.McGarry,as Trustee of Pico Trust, The Property is located in the General Business("GB")Zoning District. The Property's use as a bank is permitted by right in the GB District, Both the building at 530 Turnpike Street and the building at 510 Turnpike Street are located on asingle lot,with a total of 127 parking spaces serving the lot. Salem Five proposes to construct a single lane drive-up teller facility on the eastern side of 530 Turnpike Street as depicted on the attached sketch plan. In connection with these improvements,a total of three parking spaces would be displaced in the area of the proposed drive-up facility. No other changes are proposed for the Property.
