Might the project affect the condition, use, or access to any open space and/or recreation area? Explanation and Source The new addition and relocated access drive and parking will encroach on a wooded area.After proposed replanting is completed,the net reduction of the existing woods would be approcimately 7%. Explanation and Source The project is with 500 feet of open space and town athletic fields associated with the existing schools. B. Historic and Archaeological Resources 1. Explanation and Source No,the existing building was constructed c.1955 and added onto c,1965.The site is not within or near North Andover's Historic District. This area will be replicated in accordance with North Andover Conservation Commision requirements.
