as-built CAD drawings for any part of the kindergarten project that will abut or be
within the limits of the Recreation Complex.
• It was noted by Terry Holland that one of the abutters by the existing Little
League baseball field who has a pool does not lock the gate in the existing chain
link fence at their property. This topic was discussed as the existing fence is
proposed to be replaced in the construction of the Recreation Complex. There
was discussion by the Committee as to whether the gate needed to be locked.
• A sample of a precast concrete building from EASI-SET was distributed in the

measures 24' wide x 30' long and would be constructed by the multi-use
court/playground. The Committee was in favor of this type of building.

• Terry Holland indicated that the fundraising effort for private donations will need
large contributions from businesses and other sponsors. The fundraising
committee will need to reach out to people and groups that have donated to

efforts but suggested that those officials contact the Town Manager or Town
Counsel for their position on the matter.
