Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, November 09, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Peter March, New Hampshire Signs for property at 564 Chickering Road (Map 070, Parcel 0019), North Andover, MA 01845 in the GB Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195- 6.5, Prohibitions in the GB Zoning District for the purpose of allowing refurbishment of the signage at the ; specifically, Applicant has requested a relief variance for an internally illuminated sign. Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. By order of the Board of Appeals D.
