Dear 1&. Landers,
Per our letter dated August 29, 2018 we are once again requesting documentation from
you that the issues at 93 Elm Street have been corrected.
The followig issues needed to be corrected;
1. Rotten fascia needs to be repaired,
2. Leaks In roof needs to be repaired.
3. Hand rams need to be added on stairs leading to Apt. 7.
. Attic opening needs to be fire rated.
. # 1 fire exit is blocked and needs to be cleared.
6. Repair needed to stairway into unit# .
. gills are not allowed on decks and must be removed.
Please contact our office by phone or email so that we can schedule a day and time to
conduct a reinspection of-the property.

Dear Mr. Larders, .
An inspection was conducted on August 20.,.2018 at : 0 pm at the building located at 93 El
Street, North Andover, MA.The impetus for this inspection was a fire that occurred at the location on
August 10,2018.
The following issues were observed and need to be corrected within 30 days of receipt of this
letter.
1. Rotten fascia needs to be repaired.
. Leaks in Roof need to be repaired.
B. Hand rails need to be added on stairs leading to Apt.7.
4. Attic opening needs to be fire rated.
6. ##1 fire exit is blocked and needs to be cleared.
. Repair needed to stairway into unit##B.
. Grills are not allowed on decks and must be removed.
Once these repairs have been corrected please contact our office so that we can re-inspect the
building.
